Always a fantastic meal and wonderful experience at Hudson's Ribs and Fish! They serve hot popovers with strawberry whipped butter with every meal - light, crispy, buttery, and delicious! The combination platter is a great value and a perfect way to try a variety of dishes. I always choose the NY Strip Steak and Baby Back Ribs with either cherry mustard or honey mustard sauce - the ribs are incredibly tender and flavorful. The shrimp scampi and stuffed shrimp are also cooked to perfection. Their mixed drinks are strong and tasty; if you're a fan of Martinis, don't miss the Hudsontini - my personal favorite. Margaritas and Mojitos at Hudson's are also top notch. Without a doubt, the best steakhouse in the Hudson Valley!
