The “manager” is a real piece of work…. She shouldn’t be in the position if she can’t handle a complaint that they messed up.
I usually do not write reviews, but this Taco bell is anything but reliable. I came here to my birthday and waited for 40 minutes to tell the system because of too many tordash’s was down and that I had to go home, this happened later in the same week. I came back tonight a month later and I moved up by 1 o'clock and this taco bell closes at 4 o'clock, there was no answer when I came to the loudspeaker. I waited and then a car came after me, so I asked if someone was there and there was no answer. I started driving away and catching a look inside and I saw workers inside. I'm frustrated.
At this hour, customer service is the last thing on your mind; all you care about is not going to bed hungry. As you approach the drive-thru microphone, the employee asks how your night is going, and when you return the question, they cheerfully respond with, "Fan-taco-tastic!" It may seem like a cheesy corporate line, but the enthusiasm behind it feels genuine. When you reach the window, the employee greets you with warmth and a smile, handing you the most delicious Mango Whip Freeze you could imagine. I don’t know how they manage to provide such outstanding service at this hour, but over the years, the staff at this location has consistently impressed me.
Dude at the window was super cool and the chef that prepared my 3 chicken chipotle burritos, no tortillas, in 1 bowl was obviously under his/her pay grade because my life was changed today! Good job TB Team!
Leave my review here as my e-receipt did not contain a survey code. I regularly come to this place, about twice a week. Kudos to whomever your attitude. The (entire) crew that worked during my visit on Wednesday 1/19 at 4:00 is really extraordinary. I don't know their individual names, but I recognize their faces. Always professional, hospitable, warm/friendly. They work well together as a team and efficiently (Speedy Service). I also appreciate the immaculate interior, organized, well-stocked amenities and reliable Wi-Fi (I often bring my laptop).
