I came in to do homework and the minute I went, I was greeted and the baristas are the sweetest people of all time! I have problems with caffeine and so I asked her to make a caffeine free pink drink and her suggestion was a grand strawberry cream wrap with cocos milk and strawberry inclusion. the best I have tried! What Cathlene D doesn't like about Starbucks:
I placed a mobile order for pickup, knowing the store is usually busy and that I might have to wait, especially since I live 15 minutes away. I'm a regular customer, so I expected better service. However, today I noticed that my order was overlooked multiple times. It was just a black iced tea with no extras! I had to ask about it before it was finally made. I'm really disappointed! Just to say, I'm visiting many Starbucks, and that's one of the best! So friendly, fast service, clean and well personalized! With all the decrease in customer service, this Starbucks has lived up to the Starbucks name.
Service was great and the line moved right along. SB is having delivery issues in this area, so it was nice to have the items marked out on the menu. She was very helpful when I asked what they did have for pastries, so I bought a chocolate croissant. Dee-licious!!! Love your cold brew coffees!!
The staff here are awesome!! I brought my son in for his free birthday drink and explained there was an issue downloading the app on his phone. I just want to give a shout out to Ben, who went out of his way to make my son a free drink of whatever he wanted on his special day. He and all the staff were beyond friendly and all shouted Happy Birthday to my son in the store. It was a great feeling, the highlight of our day! Thank you guys, you make the best drinks and provide excellent service!!
Last 2 visits customer service was exceptional and coffee was “luke” warm. Disappointed in the coffee……
Busy location but they have 2 drive thru areas to merge. Drink was extra hot like I ordered. No napkins with my greasy sandwich was a buzz kill
