Horrible experience. I can’t remember the guys name but he was working on September 1 with a lady named Sherry.. around 6:20 pm. I come to this Starbucks A LOT I will never return. They have completely lost my business. It’s disappointing that Target would let someone do disrespectful and rude work at their business. I ordered the wrong drink at another Starbucks and came in to ask for a cup of ice. Instead they remade my whole drink for me. They wanted me to have the drink I wanted. I have worked in customer service for a while and this is amazing service! I really appreciate it. Great staff thank you again!
