I g... read more We had a great first experience at Shake Shack! We were super happy to see we could order on a computer! That let us browse and take our time with ordering. I got the chicken and avocado sandwhich and it was really good. My fiancé got a doublecheeseburger and liked it. The shakes are wonderful too. Everything came out quickly. Their store is clean and there weremultiple workers on the dining room floor cleaning up. Their outdoor patio area looks awesome!

Their burgers are the best. My favorite is just a single shack burger with avocado added. Also, their Black and Tan shake is perfect for dipping your fries. Really great combo of sweet and savory. The only minor inconvenience with thisshake shack is the parking area it?s hard to get in and out of.

I had a wonderful lunch eating inside a busy fast food restaurant. There are at least 2 different ways to order when inside. I opted the old fashion way of standing in line to talk to someone. There is an option to orderwith a tablet mounted on the wall. I was informed by text my food was ready and they also called out my name. There was constantemployee presence whether they were returning trays as diners left, or getting refills which were free, so I didn't have toleave my table. It was the best dining experience I've had in a long time and it was in a fast food restaurant. I can't waituntil my next visit. I'll be dining in. The food was great by the way.

The staff was super friendly. The ordering process was a bit confusing because one area said cash but took both cash and credit. This made the ordering kiosk line back up because people were unaware that they could also use thenormal cashiers. The sandwich (new hot ones chicken [single] sandwich) was tasty but in my opinion not worth the $9 price tag.The a la cart charging made things a bit expensive. Don 't get me wrong, it 's not fast food, but it is also not a sit downestablishment. So a $15 meal with a tip is a bit steep for the meal I had. The burger and fries were a bit salty, but stilltasted good.

(We went on a weekday at 4pm) We were curious if the experience was going to match the hoopla. Sadly, it didn't. The food was good enough. Nothing spectacular. We didn't interact with any humans so I can't rate the service. Wayoverpriced for what it is. We are not big fans of the self order tablets, nor the dining room style. Too uncomfortable and loud.Our feet stuck to the floor and our arms to the table tops. The place needed a cleaning pretty bad and they were not busy. Maybejust 3 other couples while we were there. This place is best suited for us as take out pick up where we would take home and haveour own drinks. $3.50+ for a small drink is hard to swallow if we have a carload of kids.
