When I asked for chips, he reached into the bag with his hands to open it, which is quite unsanitary, especially considering COVID-19. At the drink station, I found there was no ice available. I tried to get a Sprite, but it was flat. I asked the man at the front if they could substitute it for a bottle since the ice was out and the Sprite was flat. He said he would check with the manager, who responded with a firm "NO," but offered to refund the drink and charge me for a bottled one instead. I decided to just take a hot lemonade to avoid further hassle. Later, I called to file a complaint because I didn't want to create a scene in the restaurant with people waiting in line. I spoke with Kaitlyn, the manager, who was very rude. Her response to my entire experience was simply, "Thanks for letting me know; I will retrain my staff." I will never return to this location again! I strongly recommend going to another location and avoiding this one at all costs! The customer service is rude and terrible!

There were no apologies, no smiles, just a sense of irritation. Additionally, I noticed another staff member cooking chicken while scrolling through Spotify without wearing gloves—definitely not appropriate when handling food. It's concerning to see that happening right in front of customers. I hope things improve for the team tomorrow.

Honestly, the restaurant should have been closed for cleaning to maintain proper hygiene. Now, I'm dealing with a sore throat after eating there!

They were super polite and took extra care to make sure everything was prepared theway we wanted. I love this location because of the service we received!!!
