What User doesn't like about Noodles And Company:
I have been a fan of this restaurant for years, but I am disappointed by the amount of disposable trash generated every time I dine here. I urge the establishment to switch back to using real plates and silverware instead of single-use items. It seems like some businesses are using COVID as an excuse to rely on disposable items, when a dishwasher can effectively sanitize and has a longer lifespan. View all feedback. I visited this restaurant today at 2:30 p.m. on 3/6/2022 to speak with the manager regarding an issue with my order from the previous day. Not only did he promptly replace the order and resolve the problem, but he also exceeded my expectations by personally preparing the new order to ensure everything was perfect.
