Went to pay and then get food and was not given the French fries that came with my meal. The worker argued with me about what I ordered and, sure enough, the cashier didn't charge me for the meal, just the sandwich and drink. When I explained that my order was not properly received, the worker refused to help and instead, just sat at the window staring at me. He was very rude, even my McDonalds standards. Now you must take the time to check your receipt before moving to the next window.

I’ve been to worse. The food is alright and they always get my order correct so they got that going for them. But the inside is buttcheeks. The staff could careless about you (except for that guy in the drive through but he always wants you to fill out the survey and that gets kinda annoying, but he’s nice and seems like a good dude so I do them) yeah the chairs are uncomfortable but at least its clean. I think if that just hired some people who actually cared or were a little more friendly it’d be 4-5 stars worthy, right now just a two.

They charged me three times for my meal, and when I spoke to a girl named Angela, she told me to just deal with it and to call my bank. Then she hung up on me! She was unprofessional and rude, and I’m not sure who allowed her to be in charge, but it’s clear she wasn’t properly trained. Additionally, every time I visit, the fries are old, brown, and soggy. I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's, as the staff here clearly do not care about their customers!

When I realized I couldn't change the location, I hoped maybe I would get better servic... read more On May 19, 2023, I accidentally placed a mobile order for this location. When I realized I couldn't change the location, I hoped maybe I would get better service from a different manager. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I waited in my car for 8 minutes before going inside to check on my food. I had to ask the manager for my order, which was just sitting on the counter, and he didn’t even apologize for the wait. Instead, he treated me as if I had done something wrong. I will never return to this location again. I give this store a big fat zero.
