I was on the hunt for carnations, which are my mom's favorite flower... read more I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Kroger florists for their assistance yesterday. I was on the hunt for carnations, which are my mom's favorite flowers, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any. I mentioned that this might be my mother's last Mother's Day, and feeling a bit overwhelmed, I asked for some help. Three wonderful ladies gathered around me and created a stunning bouquet for my mom. They also offered their warm wishes for me, my mother, and our family. My mom absolutely loved the flowers, and I am truly grateful for their kindness.

The pharmacist Lisa explained to exactly... read more The pharmacy just keeps getting worse! They follow the law regarding controlled substances but can not explain the law. The pharmacist Lisa explained to exactly how an insured patient needing an rx for controlled cough syrup would be treated differently than a patient without insurance. Lisa explained with insurance she could get a PA for the rx from the prescriber however an uninsured patient would not be able to get a pa (due to no insurance) and their prescription for controlled cough syrup would not be filled until 30 days is up. When I asked questions to understand the law Lisa said she was done talking to me and HUNG UP ON ME. Very professional Lisa I 've been getting prescriptions filled here over 15 years and the service has gone from great!! To terrible!!! However Sandi/Erin techs and another Pharmacist (I don 't remember her name long dark hair) are great!!

I had been avoiding Kroger for a few months due to poor service, but I happened to be near this location and decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the employees were! I was greeted as soon as I entered, received warm smiles, and several employees checked in to see if I needed assistance. It might sound silly, but my previous visits to the Kroger locations closer to my home were not at all like this. I returned today for something else and had the same wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, the store was well-maintained, and I received great help. I will definitely be making the trip to this store again. The staff is fantastic, the store is clean, and everything is well organized. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m more than willing to drive the extra distance to shop here!

My husband just went to pick up his Rx from this Kroger. While he was getting his Rx, he asked the person if they could also grab some OTC supplements for him.... read more My husband just went to pick up his Rx from this Kroger. While he was getting his Rx, he asked the person if they could also grab some OTC supplements for him. To his surprise, they responded NO, I can 't do that. Any other pharmacy has no problem doing this for their customers. I 'm not sure if they were just being lazy or if it 's a company policy. Either way, it is an inconvenience and we won 't use Kroger 's pharmacy again because of this.

If you use the rewa... read more Kroger is our favorite grocery store, this is our go location. The main reason we like Kroger is the low prices and the Kroger rewards card. If you use the reward card enough, you get discounts on gas prices, as well as mailed top customer coupons. Those savings can really add up, if you pay attention and do things smartly. Overall, the employees are nice at this store, but sometimes with the boom of online shopping and pickup, it has made this store much more difficult to navigate because the employees picking up order push these huge carts that always seem to be in the way. We still enjoy shopping here, but have definitely had a few bad experiences lately, but we will still be coming up for the savings.
