It was one guy, Jay, running the show but he was very helpful and was honest about what I should order because they were out of some items. Pizzas were made very well and I was very happy with the service. I’ll have to start hitting up this location more. Thanks Jay!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks with cheese sauce to be delivered to our hotel. Received 2 pizzas that looked like someone sat on them, and one ord... read more Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks with cheese sauce to be delivered to our hotel. Received 2 pizzas that looked like someone sat on them, and one order of breadsticks and no cheese sauce. Called the store and spoke to a girl who seemed annoyed that I called to report no receiving what I paid for. I asked to just be refunded for the items not received (she said that would be no problem). Checked my bank account 2 days later, nothing has been refunded. We spent $70 on inedible pizza and bread that we didn't even received. Worst service I've had in a long time. Horrible!

Ordered pizza at 4p, after several phone calls to staff with different story lines on why our pizza hadn’t been delivered I called again at 645p when our pizza still had not been delivered I was told by staff “they did not know how to handle the situation”. Needless to say I canceled the order and asked to be reimbursed. No apologies from staff or any resolution. Will NEVER use hotbox again.
