I want this location to stay open though and ge... read more I am a huge Dunkin? fan so I hate writing this. I understand that it?s difficult to work in fast food sometimes. I want this location to stay open though and get good business. Sometimes the employees can be lazy and absent-minded. I have come heremultiple times where they have messed up my coffee order or given me cold food. There have also been multiple instances where Ihave paid and gotten half of my order and then wait awhile. The person at the window will come back and ask if I paid or needanything? completely forgetting about the other half of my order. I understand fast food places get busy and how rude customerscan be. I really think that the employees can improve on their customer service skills and hospitality a lot here though. Pleasedo better. *Gonna start adding to this comment every-time they mess up my order. Asked for a French vanilla latte and a NuttyPumpkin latte. Got 2 French vanilla lattes. *Ordered an Iced Peppermint Mocha, Iced French Vanilla Latte and food. Handed mewrong coffee, could not find my coffee order for awhile. Forgot we had food, couldn?t find food order. Honestly I?m just notgonna go here anymore. 96th street will always be better.

I asked for a quad espresso over ice in a medium cup w/1 cream and she gave me an ?original iced latte.? I knew immediately that it was wrong but couldn?t bring myself to have them remake it. I justdumped the entire thing and went to Starbucks. It was disappointing to say the least.

Always love going to this Dunkin on the weekends. Today was not a good experience. Drive thru moved extremely slow this morning. From the time we got in line un... read more Always love going to this Dunkin on the weekends. Today was not a good experience. Drive thru moved extremely slow this morning. From the time we got in line until we finally got up to the window it took 23 minutes. We ordered 2 drinks 2 breakfastsandwiches. Drinks were not what we ordered when they gave us our breakfast sandwiches we drove away, we discovered one wastoasted warm the other hadn?t been heated at all was ice cold. Wasn?t worth going back to ask them to fix it all after theamount of time we had already wasted in the drive-thru line. Once we got up to the window, it appeared they could have used someadult guidance supervision this morning on how to effectively correctly get the orders prepared to the customers. Severalteenagers standing around talking drinking their own Dunkin? drinks while we were waiting for our order. With as many kidsthat were standing around talking you would think they could all be doing something to help get orders prepared for all the carsin line to get them thru faster. Make sure customers orders are actually cooked (heated) correct.
