Some guy gave us a sarcastic laugh when we asked him for a few seconds before we order. Then at the window when we were given one coffee instead of two and we clarified our order he just stared at us and then picking up another cup from the side, yelled ‘how many cups do you see’? Handed us that cup and yanked the window close.

The last straw is when I’m standing at the register forever, they’re both staring at me and not even acknowledging me. If you’re understaffed, that’s fine, I get it. But don’t have the lobby open when you know you can’t work it.
