I've gone to your store on 96th st in Indianapolis. 2 days in a row(1-13 and 1-14) to buy donuts. I was not greeted, my presence was never noticed and after sev... read more I've gone to your store on 96th st in Indianapolis. 2 days in a row(1-13 and 1-14) to buy donuts. I was not greeted, my presence was never noticed and after several minutes I turned around and left. I will not patronize any of your stores in the future. I managed a hardware store for over 20 years. Had any of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated in your store, they would not have been my employee much longer. I'll walk to Walmart before I spend one penny at Dunkin.

Some guy gave us a sarcastic laugh when we asked him for a few seconds before we order. Then at the window when we were given one coffee instead of two and we clarified our order he just stared at us and then picking up another cup from the side, yelled ‘how many cups do you see’? Handed us that cup and yanked the window close.

I'm really excited that I finally got to go inside the store, especially since there was a time when they only offered drive-thru service. I find drive-thru-only options quite frustrating, particularly if you're not familiar with all the menu items! Everything was wonderful today, and the staff was very friendly. However, when I arrived at 10 am, they were almost sold out, so be sure to ask if they have the flavors you want available. Unfortunately, they didn't have any sour cream doughnuts! - VictorB
