For instance, I came home today only to find that an entire kid's meal was missing, along with the drinks for both of my kids’ meals. So, I had to make another trip back, because I can't just feed one of my kids. By the time I got home with the rest of my order, it was completely cold. I don't understand why I keep returning; this happens so often. I've come to the conclusion that because they are always busy, they just don't feel the need to care.

While the employee apologized for the wait, t... read more When I returned and informed the staff that we were missing the burger, I had to wait about 6 or 7 minutes for it. While the employee apologized for the wait, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the incorrect order. By that point, I was too eager to get home to even mention the coupons. If the person I spoke with on the phone truly wanted to make things right, he should have communicated the issue to the front staff. While I accept some responsibility for not checking the bag, I still expect to receive the correct order when I’m paying for a service. With the number of employees on duty, this carelessness was disappointing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning for some time. It's a shame, as there are plenty of other options nearby without these kinds of issues.

However, I've noticed that the bathroom floors tend to be quite wet in the late evenings, but that's probably because they're prepping for cleaning or closing time.

For food that’s cooked to order, it’s not even a slow drive through. I’ve never had bad food or service from here, and I’d say we are here a few times a month, easily. It’s a little pricey, but so is anything that’s as good as they are.
