Friendly service, decent food, clean dining room, good value. Service was a little slow, but I think our guy was new, so that didn't bother me, we all were new once. Chips were stale, so we took them back. Second bag was still stale but not as bad as the first so we gave up. My son loves the kid's meal options with the 3 little tray compartments, so we will likely return.

First time to this location. Good customer service. Serving size for my steak bowl was large, so portions could depend on the server. All and all, same as all the other Chipotle's I've been to.

Exceptional Customer Service and Personal Touch at Chipotle! I recently had an outstanding experience at Chipotle, and I couldn't wait to share it with everyone. The customer service provided by Nate, whom I believe is the manager, was truly exceptional and went above and beyond my expectations.What impressed me the most was the fact that Nate insisted on providing my family and me with a military discount, even though I was aware that Chipotle, as a company, does not offer military discounts but rather police discounts. This act of kindness and generosity made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.Nate's friendly and welcoming demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We felt truly special during our visit. This gesture was especially heartwarming considering we had recently moved to the area. Now, thanks to Nate's exceptional service, we have found our go-to Chipotle location.In fact, our experience was so remarkable that we plan to visit this Chipotle branch three to four times a week.
