The food was excellent—I had the shredded beef tacos. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly.

We were understandably disappointed and chose to leave, feeling somewhat let down. It's unlikely that we'll return to Noblesville in the near future, but we recognize that the situation was not directly Chipotle's fault. Our experience at the restaurant was overall pleasant, though bittersweet due to the circumstances. I would still highly recommend Chipotle to anyone seeking delicious Latin-inspired cuisine—just not for those hoping to enjoy a drink. Therefore, I can confidently give it a 5-star recommendation for food, but not for those looking for adult beverages.

I ended up paying for both the chips and the burrito. It was a busy time, and I witnessed a customer needing assistance getting their order to their car. The cashier kindly offered to help, but this left the register unattended. I was left waiting to pay, but eventually, a gentleman returned and acknowledged that I was still waiting with my meal. He thanked me for my patience, which made my experience much better despite the earlier hiccups. All in all, I appreciated the effort from the staff and the positive atmosphere. Thanks, Chipotle! It was nice to see that they value happy customers, no matter the circumstances.
