Cafe Korea - Fishers
Cafe Korea
Description
Nestled in a vibrant culinary scene, Cafe Korea has recently garnered mixed reviews from patrons. While some diners rave about the attentive service and delicious bulgogi, others are left disheartened by exorbitant prices and diminishing food quality. Highlighted complaints include tasteless entrees, inadequate portions, and inconsistently attentive service, particularly during peak times. Yet, there are glowing accounts of flavorful dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. Diners appreciate the variety of banchan and unique offerings like fried bananas and free grapes for dessert. Overall, Cafe Korea remains a point of contention—potentially rewarding for some, yet disappointing for others.

Food is good, but it is pricey. I can tell the ingredients are fresh and well made, but a lot of dishes cost almost twice more than similar dishes at other Korean restaurants. Portions were okay. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It was snowing when we came. We ate and had a great time. When we were about to leave the owner went outside and cleaned the snow off our cars. They truly care about the food and customers. I highly recommend this place!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Came here with a group of friends and unfortunately the experience left more to be desired. Upon first entering and reading through the extensive menu, you realize that this place is super expensive—much more expensive than Korean food in places like Chicago or Los Angeles. It was about $24 for bibimbop and $5 for tea. Both of those options were unusually expensive. We ordered the seafood pancake as an appetizer but it was dry and without flavor. The banchan was delicious but we had to ask for kimchi. The gochujang sauce that came with the food was very sweet and didn’t have any spice to it. Overall it was a super disappointing experience. I would recommend Mamas Korean in Lawrence for good Korean food.
The food is a little pricey, but it's worth it. Super flavorful! The service was top-notch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
