I recently visited a fantastic restaurant with a "Chipotle" style concept. They offer a variety of healthy vegetable options, and I was able to create my own vegan bowl with sweet potato noodles as the base. It was delicious, and the sauces were also flavorful. The kimchi was probably the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant.
