I had a weird order late at night and they took care of it, as a matter of fact it was probably the best I've ever had at any Arby's.
Store was dirty. Our otder was wrong. Witnessed them mess up other people's orders while we sat and ate.
They kept us waiting in drive thru near closing time for 15 minutes to tell us they were now closed even though they took the 1st cars order in total there were 4 to 5 cars told they were closed. Rediculous, if folks have been waiting for 5 minutes or more serve them. Totally bad for business and bad customer service.....
I appreciate these guys. Super hungry very late one night (about 1130pm) during a late shift at work. The other place in the area that was supposed to be open until 12am did not answer drive thru nor would they come to the window. These guys served mymeal happily efficiently. Thanks guys
Quick trip to the drive thru with my kiddo for dinner. Food was great. Service was friendly!
