I was not a fan of the fact that the bartender also acted as the hostess. I understand that there may not have been much they could do about it, but when workers have to take on multiple roles in hospitality jobs, it can affect customer service. The female bartender, who was tall and had dark hair, did a great job juggling cleaning tables, serving drinks, and seating people. I wanted to give her a shoutout for her hard work.
