Love this food truck! Living in Fishers, we encounter them fairly often- farmers market, Nickel Plate Amphitheater concert, and at Ruoff. I've personally had the brisket breakfast sandwich- definitely a fork and knife type of sandwich but so delicious- and the tatchos. Absolutely tasty eating served us yesterday afternoon / evening in boone county on the foundation of boone county volunteer board recruitment fair on the 4-H fairgrounds. if you weren't there, you really missed a great choice of 5280 bistros food truck. chef joe rocks it!
