The view is spectacular, we found the staff friendly and efficient.

We got a table right at the edge, which was perfect and they were nice to the kids.

Low quality food and harsh service. This restaurant seems to capitalize on the view to to charge high prices and treat patrons with substandard service and manners. After buying extremely overpriced drinks and sitting down to enjoy them we were told to go away because we were sitting to far from the table. This restaurant has no regard for your experience and was an abrasive contrast to the wonderful service we have experienced eating in Italy. Do not stop here. You will be charged too much for low quality goods and arrogant service. As a customer you should be able to eat and drink without being told off by the staff. There are so many places to eat with a view of Florence that live up to the expectations of service and quality held in Italy. Do not ruin the flow of your vacation, go elsewhere and enjoy yourself.

Instead, we found the two waiters very attentive, and at 9,50€ a piece, our spritz came with snacks and the most incredible views over Firenze. I’d call it a bargain!
