Great to find authentic Italian food that is halal. Really good service and explanation of where all foods come from. The steak was cooked to perfection and the Panna cotta was amazing. Food I wouldn't be able to experience otherwise, and was a highlight of my trip. The prices are really good, especially considering how good the food is and practically in the centre of Florence. It was a total scam, never had such a bad experience in Italy when it comes to food. My pizza was just a defrosted one being warmed up, causing it to lose lots of water, almost drowning the pizza (if you even want to call it that) in my plate. When I called the waitress and cook out on it, they got me a new one (guess what, it was ready in only 5 minutes), having less water but the same amount of taste: none. The tone of the staff went from somewhat friendly to not friendly at all. I guess they must register their own scores and comments on Tripadvisor, since the score is way too high for the quality they offer. You can even tell by the comments, as they all have the same structure and same language errors.

La fiorentina non è una fiorentina ma per va bene così. Vino della casa buono. E fagioli veramente buoni. Prenotato tramite the fork al altrimenti è caro.
