Rosticceria La Meta - Firenze

Our family stopped by radomly as we were staying at a host place nearby. We were welcomed by the couple so warmly as they explained to us what was being served, since we are not from the region, we didn't know many of dishes served, so their explanations came in helpful. Food was delicious, we particularly remember the spinach and eggplant, the roasted chicken with fried polenta, and rabbit. The variety was there as you can find pasta and fishes too, everything seemed super fresh and appetizing, and we also noticed so many locals stopping by for take-out. We will go back there, even if on the next trip to Florence we decide to stay downtown and have to detour.
