Inexpensive pizza (7 Euros each) and some nice house wine for a total of 23E for a leisurely meal. Place was cosy, waitress didnt seem to speak English. Service was slow even though for a while we were the only ones there. A party of Canadian women arrived and ordered the Spritz at 5 Euros and said it was the best they'd had. Our pizzas were tasty, my partner felt hers was a bit too crispy. I would be happy to go back.

Only one other ta... read more The most uninspired restaurant of our three weeks in Italy. After 13 hours on our feet we just wanted a quick pizza and happened to walk past. Only one other table sitting at the time so we figured service would be fast. In retrospect the place should have been full at 8:15pm in the heart of Florence. Pizza was ok for the price, only just though. The salads are edible but totally lame. No music playing and no atmosphere. The waiter was attentive but the cook (proprietor? in the open kitchen did not eyeball the guests once totally disengaged. Not sure why he is in the hospitality business. Reading other reviews it would seem that service is fast only if no one else is there. The other table left along with us leaving the place empty read that for what you will.
