We ordered a small tub of ice cream and a 33 cl bottle of water, wanting to charge us €20. I returned both items and told the girl I didn't want them because of the high price. Just then the owner came out making a fuss and raising his voice in his language, even grabbing me by the shoulder and having to get rid of him to avoid coming to blows. Be very careful with this and other businesses in Florence, as they live by deceiving and scamming tourists.
