I was on vacation in Florence, and I had a recommendation to try the fiorentina sandwich in this restaurant. I have tried the vegetarian version, and it was perfect !!!!! The bread was so delicious, and the ingredients were so fresh. I also tried the toscany wine, and I enjoyed the discussion with the owner. I totally recommend !

The highlight is the brilliant idea behind the schiacciatine menu, named after and featuring ingredients suggested by the students: a detail that creates community and makes the place unique. And then there's Stefano: more than just a manager, he's a true host, always available for a chat and capable of making you feel at home. Fair prices, a simple and welcoming atmosphere, and a super comfortable outdoor terrace. Friendly, affordable (which doesn't hurt), and with a genuine energy. Super Stefano, see you soon! I've been there/go there happily: I was a regular when I worked near the Torretta.
