Pebbles Restaurant offers a picturesque setting and occasionally exceptional service, but experiences are inconsistent. While some patrons enjoyed attentive staff and delicious dishes like Surf and Turf, others faced disheartening service and cold meals. Reports of dismissive treatment towards certain guests raise concerns about hospitality. Though the menu features appealing options and a nice wine list, the quality of food varies. High prices for average dishes, such as bread deemed overpriced, left some diners frustrated. Despite a few memorable dining experiences, many suggest opting for the bistro instead of the fine dining offerings, as expectations were generally unmet.

As we entered the restaurant, our server greeted us warmly, but I was surprised to find that our reservation was not on file. Despite this, he found us a table and took our orders. Two other tables were seated after us in the half-full restaurant. After 25 minutes, the table next to us received their entrees, one of which was the same as ours. Ten minutes later, we asked the waitress to check on our order. After another five minutes, they informed us that one of our entrees had run out and offered us a complimentary substitute of our choice. I opted for the octopus dish, which turned out to be very salty but still edible. The main courses arrived in a timely manner and were satisfactory. Overall, I believe it is unacceptable for a restaurant in a 4.5-star hotel to have this level of service.

A breathtaking location and good food. Friendly staff.
