We had informed them that we were coming to p... read more Today is my daughter's birthday, and the staff at Tim Hortons in Findlay off the interstate went above and beyond! We had informed them that we were coming to pick up birthday cake Timbits for her class, and when we arrived, the lady at the register surprised us with Boston Cream donuts, her favorite, complete with a candle! It truly made her day - thank you very much!

Ordered 2 omelet bites to go, cashier walks over and confirms they are 4 bites (th... read more Was in town for a sporting event and thought I'd stop in quick for breakfast. Ordered 2 omelet bites to go, cashier walks over and confirms they are 4 bites (they come in pairs) and gives me a total much higher than what is posted on the menu blaming it on the corporate office. Next, another lady comes over and says they can only fill one order but offers me a substitution which I decline and ask for a refund. She says she cant refund me because the manager isn't there blah blah blah. I remind her that the first lady went to speak to the manager for the prior customer and just to refund me for my entire order. It takes the whole crew of 5 to try and figure it out and finally I get refunded. Won't ever be back here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
