I've never experienced table delivery service at a Panera before. It was really nice!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. The staff is extremely rude. Then you pay a premium for sub par food. The spicy chicken sandwich is at best a 6 dollar sandwich. They charge $11.19 for it. Ridiculous.
I absolutely love the Broccoli Cheddar soup, and getting it in a bread bowl is a must! The service was also quite fast.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Ordering at the kiosks was somewhat inconvenient, especially since we have a large family. You might expect that with all the additional staff present (since there were no employees at the front counter), the restaurant would be clean and the service quick. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The place was dirty, including the restrooms. To make matters worse, they were out of nearly all the bread options for sandwiches, and it took a long time for our food to arrive.
