The only thing I like about this place is the honey walnut shrimp. Literally do not order anything with veggies in it. For our spring rolls after we ordered, before we payed so I asked to have them removed. She said they couldn?t take them off the order and refused to do so. Had to go park outfront to wait for food. It was then 10 minutes until our food came out.

However, there is one older Asian-American woman who seems to be constantly rushing or appears annoyed when taking orders. It's hard to imagine what the atmosphere is like when she's on duty, especially as a manager. The younger staff members seem to have a better understanding of customer service and food handling compared to their older counterparts. Overall, everything at this particular Panda Express is great except for her. I really feel that her presence negatively affects the mood and atmosphere of the place whenever she's taking orders.

Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment—I couldn't even eat it, which felt like a waste of 30 bucks. I won’t be coming back again. The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5. As for the atmosphere, it was delightful, which I would rate a solid 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
