However, there is one older Asian-American woman who seems to be c... read more The food is always amazing when it's fresh, and the majority of the customer service is good. However, there is one older Asian-American woman who seems to be constantly rushing or appears annoyed when taking orders. It's hard to imagine what the atmosphere is like when she's on duty, especially as a manager. The younger staff members seem to have a better understanding of customer service and food handling compared to their older counterparts. Overall, everything at this particular Panda Express is great except for her. I really feel that her presence negatively affects the mood and atmosphere of the place whenever she's taking orders.

The food didn't look edible it looked like it been sitting there for hours.

The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5. As for the atmosphere, it was delightful, which I would rate a solid 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
