Staff was great but donuts were hard and stale. Rare I have this experience at DD. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence. It was obvious that the drive-thru was the only priority. I understand that places can get busy, but this level of neglect is unacceptable. I ultimately had to leave without even placing my order.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered a large midnight coffee plain, paid for a large, but received a medium loaded with sugar instead. When I asked for them to redo it, they offered me a small as well. I’m sorry, but I have too much to carry for work already—I can't manage two cups of coffee!
