The drive-thru was quite busy, so I decided to go inside, thinking it would be faster. Unfortunately, I soon realized that the drive-thru would have actually been quicker. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage both the front counter and drive-thru effectively. Having worked at a much busier Dunkin’ location just half a mile from a hospital, I know it’s possible to handle both areas smoothly. I believe they should assign a specific number of staff to the drive-thru and another team to the front counter. This restructuring could significantly reduce the chaos and make the experience better for customers inside, who often have to wait about ten minutes just to place and receive their orders.
Since we don't have a Dunkin' Donuts in our state, this was our first time trying it, and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The coffee was outstanding, and the donuts were fresh and absolutely amazing!
Outstanding service! Preston at the front counter was extremely attentive and answered all our questions since we were new customers. Kenzie was also incredibly helpful in resolving a mix-up with our orders, ensuring everything was handled smoothly!
