However, since we can no longer dine in the restaurant, we haven't been visiting at all. Unfortunately, we don't like eating in our car. We won't return until the dining room reopens.

The person who assisted me with my order seemed genuinely happy in his role and was eager to share the various options available to me. He was very polite without being pushy, and he greeted me with a big smile when I arrived at the window. He also inquired about which dipping sauces I would like, ensuring that I had more than enough—quite a contrast to many other fast food places that always charge extra for everything. It was clear that he was passionate about his work, and it felt refreshing. I would definitely return; it was one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had!

Service counter employees were pleasant and doing the best they could. I would have just left but they already had my money and the chances I would get my money back before I got my food were slim....I will not be back. $15; wasted .I should have just given it to the bum waiting outside of McDonald's asking for donations down the street.

The catfi... read more I'm usually a big fan of the Captain but today was different. When you pay $16+ for a meal you expect to get what you ordered and it be fresh as well. The catfish I ordered wasn't catfish and the cheese on the loaded potato was like faux leather or something. I also usually don't do reviews but it's better than returning to the store especially when you've gotten into your home on a 30° day. I'm not bashing at all, you just come to expect a lot better food served when you're spending basically $20 per person.
