Service counter employees were pleasant and doing the best they could. I would have just left but they already had my money and the chances I would get my money back before I got my food were slim....I will not be back. $15; wasted .I should have just given it to the bum waiting outside of McDonald's asking for donations down the street.

The catfi... read more I'm usually a big fan of the Captain but today was different. When you pay $16+ for a meal you expect to get what you ordered and it be fresh as well. The catfish I ordered wasn't catfish and the cheese on the loaded potato was like faux leather or something. I also usually don't do reviews but it's better than returning to the store especially when you've gotten into your home on a 30° day. I'm not bashing at all, you just come to expect a lot better food served when you're spending basically $20 per person.

However, since we can no longer dine in the resta... read more I really enjoy going there because the food is excellent. We usually drive down from Toledo just to eat there. However, since we can no longer dine in the restaurant, we haven't been visiting at all. Unfortunately, we don't like eating in our car. We won't return until the dining room reopens.
