Last night( 9/18/22) I got there around 8:30ish and ordered a 3 chicken strip meal, with crinkle fries and a sprite. Since I don't eat in the car Ifound this at home....3 chicken strips, a curley fry with a few crinkle fries squished in here and there, and a mountain dew. Somuch for not staying awake all night! This was very upsetting as iv ALWAYS had a good experience here. Usually the same folks onthe night crew...c'mon! Yall can do SO much better than that!

They did that another recent time to. I think the management ought to look into all these screwups.

Even though they are short-staffed like many other places, their speed and efficiency have greatly increased. I used to favor McDonald's for its quick service, but during my recent visits to Arby's, you have really outdone yourselves. Overall, I'm very happy with my experiences at Arby's. The only suggestion I have is to make sure sauces are included in the bag. Great job, Arby's!
