Got there at 4:30, which is when they open. I was trying to be patient and I understand that sometimes things take time especially in the food industry. 4:40 they inform the line that has now piled up for 10 minutes that they are not going to open. 10 minutes in the airport is a lot of lost time. Communication could have been better and would have made for happier guest being fed elsewhere. View all feedback.
My food was taking a bit longer then expected but workers made up for it with extra fries and two brownies. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I travel through this airport very frequently and walk by this CFA a lot, but never stopped in for a bite until recently. Mainly never stop because the line is always insanely long (as with most CFA’s, as their food is generally amazing), so one morning when walking by I saw 2 people in line, so I stopped. The cashier was very friendly, as they always are. The place looked very clean and orderly and there was plenty of food being put in the warmer for guests.I opted for something custom, knowing I’ve had to wait a few minutes, but it still didn’t take long at all. My food tasted GREAT! The spicy chicken, egg, cheese biscuit I got was perfectly package, so it didn’t fall apart when I opened it and the alignment of the crown to the heel was perfect! Flavors were spot-on! The tater tots were excellent too.Overall – Excellent experience! I’ll definitely stop in more often!
Long lines, team members bz talking to each other vs tending to guest or showing sense of urgency; sandwich fries room temp neither were hot
I waited in line for twenty minutes and the spicy chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. When is PIT going to replace this establishment with POPEYES!
