Yanni's Best - Fillmore
Yanni's Best
Description
In the bustling culinary scene of Fillmore, one restaurant stands out, both for its flavors and the controversy surrounding its staffing. While patrons rave about dishes like the chorizo breakfast eggs and fried vegetables, many express frustration over inflated prices, with meals often exceeding $20 when drinks and sauces are factored in. Despite the mixed reviews on food quality and pricing, the service receives consistent praise, especially from a dedicated server known for her warmth. Diners appreciate this unique spot in an otherwise generic dining landscape, but note that a visit requires a bit of patience due to its busy traffic location.

This place is a joke!! The only reason reason this place was good was to due an amazing cook there. Well he is no longer there. They fired him because he asked for time off which he never really does. The owner who is a coward didn't have the nerve to fire him a server did it instead. The cook has moved on to a much better place that pays him well and actually appreciates all he does!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Not bad. Greasy, Greasy, Greasy. Burger left a pool of grease on the basket/paper. Overall flavor was pretty good, good char on the meat, chili was a bit underwhelming, veggies seemed to be a bit less than fresh, bun was good but slightly soft and became soggy. 5.55 upcharge for meal is a bit much, and adding extras are charged full price. Soooo, ehhh? It's ok. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
My first time eating there, I'm from out of town, and the pastrami burger was good and the staff were nice.. I forgot her name, the one with the tattoo on the side of her eye, always checked up on us great customer service... A bit pricy no lie was charged everything separately which made my meal $25.00 which is alot for a burger joint other then that not to bad Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I was told one of the best burgers sold here. Decided to try the pastrami and fried zucchini. Pastrami was good, I would rather have zucchini from Frosty King. Ranch was delicious but an extra charge. Somewhat pricey. They had the freshest baklava. Yummy! The food is good, but most of the time the prices keep me from ordering any actual meals here. OVER 10$ FOR FRIES AND A DRINK AND RANCH CUP. The meals also do not come with a drink so it makes your 15$ combo into more like 20$ if you want a drink and any dipping sauce. Very aggravating considering it 's like the only place to eat in Fillmore that isnt generic or a chain. For the price I often just get fries to make me less hungry until I get home.
