I will give this place a second try... my entree (chilaquiles with two fried eggs, refried beans and breakfast potatoes) was a bit too salty. But the portions were good, service was great, and I loved the colorful and inviting atmosphere.
I absolutely love this charming family restaurant! The food and service are outstanding. I ordered the pork carnitas plate, while my friend had the enormous chimichanga—so big that we both took some home! Everything was delicious. It's also very kid-friendly, making it a great spot for families. Plus, it's fully accessible for those in wheelchairs. Highly recommend!
This restaurant offers authentic, delicious Mexican cuisine and is proudly family-run. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Fillmore is a charming little town.

Best overall restaurant in town, especially if you’re looking for good Mexican food, good service, and a good drank. My favorite: the #44, breaded shrimp with rice, sautéed corn, salad, and flower tortillas. Wash it down with a cucumber margarita. I love that Mr. Mrs Melgoza family share a bit of their culture through food and service. Feels like home every time I go there they treat you like family.
