We visited thru a few weeks ago. I chased a mocha case. We were helped by a young girl called Cynthia. She was the most friendly and has nothing to do with answering all our questions. She just did our day. I wish these Baskin robbins were closer to us.

I really enjoy visiting this Baskin Robbins because it's clear that the store is well managed. It's always clean, and the customer service is sincere. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and offered a sample of daiquiri ice, which I liked and is always consistent. Alma served me my ice cream and even took the time to ask how I'm doing. She truly made me feel welcomed and happy to have chosen this location. I will definitely keep making the 30-minute trip to come here.
Great service and clean. I see employees always staying busy when I walk by, not just on there phones or standing around. They let us take our time when deciding and never rush and are happy to help when we ask questions. Our last trip we bought an ice cream cake that looked like pancakes. It was so good !
