It's subway! You should get your sandwich made the way you the customer would like it would out a question or eye roll. Their customer service needs some help, they are kind of rude! There were 2 younger guys working that made our sandwiches. This was afternoonish all the food looked fresh and clean They were prompt with our order. We need more people like the young men who served us. I give this subway a 10. When they were done they closed the lid over the fixing, something I don't see happen at other subways. Great job guys! Horrible customer service there app wasn’t letting me use a deal that I had and they told me “there’s nothing I can do about it” in a horrible tone won’t order again Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
The worst, downright laughable, customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The two staff working this evening, let’s call them Tweaker and Flat Stanley, were very rude on the phone and in person. Hopefully after seeing this many bad reviews and me calling their manager they’ll be able to properly reprimand them. In the mean time I will be telling everybody I know in the community to stay far, far, away from that location!!
