Nice hotel we had on the street. clean room with beautiful large bathroom with freestanding bathroom large shower. fluffy towels and beautiful bed linen. loud with that be in the front street. good breakfast eier benedikt boiled for perfection

Beautiful staff, great cocktails, faster service. the atmosphere that was ruined by the small, bald-headed guy is a passive aggressive for the rest of the staff, especially for the foreign who fights with English. ! be better and stop this from the guests.

Beautiful place, but no air conditioning in the rooms. when they come to Scotland and it is 30c outside, sleep in a room in no ac could be a problem. nice breakfast. good service.

Catastrophic as hotel, everything has happened to us, hotel spa did not work for a week! we found mud and a saite in two different rooms of the hotel that did not work hairdresser, the phone, and the coffee machine did not work too. I had to send an email if something was wrong or I needed something. no air conditioning and room too warm

Service was very bad, the SPA wasn’t working and they never said so and it was one of the Main reasons I came for, very dirty found stuff of other guests in the room. One morning couldn’t shower because there was no warm water.
