Contribute Feedback What User likes about Mcdonald's Restaurants:
Whenever my wife and I are visiting family in Dunfermline we go through their drive through and order the required food. They do excellent cheese burgers, diet or regular coke. They also have children’s choices. It is also possible to sit inside. Prices are very reasonable. My only criticism is that their car park is quite small and usually near enough full. always so busy but the new system isn't for the convenience of the customer because you order and then you can't get table the staff should be checking the seating before they get you to order View all feedback.
Absolutely diabolical , for the third time , missing items , bad attitude , and actually expected me to go and drive up and collect the missing items !!! Same old drivel churned out , oooh I will speak to the staff , blah blah blah , avoid like the plague
Ordered a chilli wrap . Was inedible !! Poorly filled . Couldn’t find the lettuce but it was hiding behind the two pieces of chicken which was swimming in the mayonnaise!! No chilli sauce anywhere . When I complained I was told I had eaten at least half but that was only the wrap as the top half had no filling !! I was grudgingly promised another one but after waiting for ages it never came so I walked out .
The drive through used to be superb for it's cappuccino but in recent months while prices have increased the amount of coffee in the cup has steadily reduced and is now beyond the joke. We won't be back.
Worst place ever totally disorganised kids who work their don't give a t@ stay clear at every cost if you don't want bad service
No good morning or anything just what do you want Ordered a coffee and a hash brown this morning 17/12/20 at 07:38, Drive to the window to pay no one there waited 5 min then I thought to drive to the next window just incase there is a problem with the till or something, To be offered the drink and the food of the van behind me, and I told her that thats not my order and I told her I have not paid yet to be grunted Left my payment to the window like a fool and I left. Its disgusting and very unprofessional and definitely not going back.There are better places that offer great service in Fife
