What Clementina Bayer doesn't like about Albert:
I had a pleasant stay in September for a bargain price of £35, although I would have been willing to pay £45. When I called to make a reservation for a night in October, I was informed that the price has now increased to £85 due to a change in management. While the hotel is lovely, I'm not sure it is worth the higher price. View all feedback.
The restaurant space was in desperate need of a renovation, with cracked walls, exposed pipes, and worn-out carpeting. The bar had a limited selection of drinks, with only one type of beer, apple wine, and two types of spirits available. The menus for both the bar and restaurant were also quite limited. Surprisingly, there was no WiFi available despite the description on the website. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a bit challenging to access due to road construction. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

We stopped by the bar for a coffee. Despite it being a small cup from the breakfast menu, we were each charged 3 pounds!
I recently stayed at this charming B&B with great views of the Forth Bridge. The Scottish breakfast they served was absolutely delicious.
The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was child-friendly. It's a cozy spot to relax and recharge after a day of walking.
