Tables were reserved and everything went well until we were told that ordering from t... read more Was a guest for lunch in mid July to celebrate a birthday with my parents. Tables were reserved and everything went well until we were told that ordering from the menu had to be done online (strange, as we saw others who got menus the old fashioned way). The older people around the table therefore had to have the help of us younger ones to order. Ordering via Gastroplanner went smoothly, but one of the dishes was not received by the system/kitchen even though our receipt showed everything correctly. No waiter caught the problem until after a long wait (I think the waiter could have noticed that one was sitting without food) and the person had to eat alone after the rest of us had finished. Also had to ask for bottled water online, but half the order never showed up. Hopeless system, next time we will visit another restaurant, unfortunately.
