From the outside it doesn't seem particularly unusual, but I'm still... read more I have now been a guest at Pandahouse for many years, both privately and with my customers. From the outside it doesn't seem particularly unusual, but I'm still more surprised by the content. The furnishings are generally attractive (the toilets could be renovated) and the service is very customer friendly and solution oriented. What's really nice is the fact that all the dishes are freshly prepared and the whole thing is explicitly free of glutamate and/or flavor enhancers. The menu is diverse and very varied. You can go on culinary excursions to Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. You could also experience a trip to Japanese sushi cuisine. The Pho (a Vietnamese flat rice noodle soup with freshly fried strips of beef, or optionally with chicken, and lots of fresh herbs a classic Vietnamese dish) is my absolute favorite here and my personal recommendation.
