We appreciated the original interior. 1 Burger and 3 different roast dinners. All happy! Very tasty, good portions, well priced, nice service. Unfortunately had no room for dessert! Would recommend.

Exactly what we needed for some post-race... read more A group of 10 of us were visiting the area for a cycle event and had heard about McCarthys, we were not disappointed! Exactly what we needed for some post-race nourishment!! It's quirky, full of charm and felt like a genuine old school irish pub/restaurant. We mostly went for the burgers and they definitely didn't disappoint, the rest of the group tell me that the Guinness was exceptional!
