No employees or customers an... read more My complaint would be about this restaurant in particular and not the company as a whole. Walked in and the place was a ghost town. No employees or customers anywhere. I went to the bar as I was ordering something for carryout. I sat there for a few minutes while watching an employee or two peek out from the back of the house kitchen area, look at me then go back to what they were doing. Behind the bar area was another server, playing on their phone and blissfully unaware there was a customer. Not like that mattered because when he saw me he completely ignored me and went back to sipping on his soda and playing on his phone. After this, and what seemed to be more than enough time to be considered patient, I decided screw it and called the store phone from the bar. The guy that was playing on his phone gets up, I'm thinking he is going to come out for the phone. Nope! He goes to a table and grabs a couple glasses and heads back to what he was doing. Again, ignoring the phone and me. Finally a lady comes out, rushing towards the phone and at last someone acknowledges my presence. I tell her that it's me calling the phone because I figured that would get someone out there. She said she was in the rest room. No problem, I tell her the other people saw me and didn't say a damn thing. I don't blame the woman behind the bar, when you gotta go, you gotta go. Everyone else though, I do blame. More than likely though this comes down to poor management as they apparently do not enforce making the customers a priority. Another person came in who was obviously a regular. He got great service!

When I arrived 30 minutes later, I waited outside for a long time before someone noticed me. I told them I was there for a pickup and was directed to the bar. At the bar, I saw a bag with food and asked if it was mine, but the waiter said no and that my order would be ready soon. After another 15 minutes, I asked a different waiter about my order, which had been 50 minutes since I placed it. She took my name and order, then retrieved the original food. By then, I was frustrated because my food was cold. I shared my frustration, and the waiter promptly brought me fresh fries. Since I was on a work break, I paid quickly and left. Despite the cold food, the tacodillas were tasty. However, due to the delays and inconvenience, I likely won’t return to this location.
