Ruby Tuesday offers a decent salad bar, although it used to be better. The entrees I've tried have been tasty, and the service is generally reliable. Kids' meals provide generous portions suitable for moderate appetites and represent good value. While the regular adult prices are somewhat high, they're comparable to other restaurants of similar quality. We typically dine here every few months, with the salad bar being the main attraction for us.
The overall experience was disappointing. The salad dressings were mixed with the food, leading to cross-contamination. There were four of us, and each dish arrived separately, allowing us to finish before the next dish came out. The quality of the food was terrible; one taco was even burnt and they tried to cover it up with parmesan. Seriously, do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else.
Update: I just saw your response. While I appreciate your offer of complimentary or discounted food, I value my time more. Thank you, but I won't be coming back.
I placed a pickup order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I waited outside for a long time before someone noticed me. I told them I was there for a pickup and was directed to the bar. At the bar, I saw a bag with food and asked if it was mine, but the waiter said no and that my order would be ready soon. After another 15 minutes, I asked a different waiter about my order, which had been 50 minutes since I placed it. She took my name and order, then retrieved the original food. By then, I was frustrated because my food was cold. I shared my frustration, and the waiter promptly brought me fresh fries. Since I was on a work break, I paid quickly and left. Despite the cold food, the tacodillas were tasty. However, due to the delays and inconvenience, I likely won’t return to this location.
The staff appeared to be out of sorts during my visit. I was served the wrong steak dish, and the noodles were bland, lacking any flavor or sauce. Whenever I asked a question, the employees seemed confused. Clearly, there are areas that need improvement. The salad was decent, so I’ll give the restaurant a star for that. The potato was average in taste, which is a plus. However, the soup was served cold, indicating a need for more skilled chefs.
