When she looked at the bag, she imme... read more I ordered 12 orders of mini everything bagels, which should have been 24 pieces. I assumed my daughter was the one working. When she looked at the bag, she immediately realized it was not enough for the order. She checked and noted that it was only half of the order, even though the receipt showed that I was charged for the complete order. I returned to the store, spoke to the manager, and voiced my complaint. The manager said that there was a misunderstanding with the worker. I requested the original order be remade and asked for 24 fresh bagels as the originals were cold. The manager gave me two bags to ensure everything was correct. However, when my daughter put them on a plate at home, she discovered there were 18 mini bagels and 6 regular bagels. I was frustrated and went back to the store to speak to the manager and express my dissatisfaction. The manager informed me that they did not have 24 mini bagels, which is why they substituted the remaining bagels with regular ones. I expressed my disappointment that they did not inform me of this substitution, leading me to believe I had received the correct order in the end.
