Today, I placed my order half an hour ago, only to find that the staff hadn’t even started making it yet. When I finally received my food, my sandwich was poorly assembled and messy, and the hot items were cold. They really need to improve their service. I've learned my lesson and won't be returning to this location.

He was... read more I went to the restaurant with three of my friends, and we’re all teenage girls. While we were getting our sandwiches, there was an older man making them. He was insisting that we add vegetables to our sandwiches even though we didn’t want any. We were also a little short on money, and unexpectedly, he pulled out several $50 bills and offered to cover the difference. It felt like he didn't need to have that much cash on him. After we thanked him, he said something unsettling—he mentioned that if he needed to find us, he knew which school we attended. It all just felt really creepy, and he was quite slow in his actions too.

Every time anyone comes in to order a sandwich, they act like the customer cursed them with the greatest inconvenience of their life. Employees should not make customers feel bad for ordering a lunch. This has been going on for over a year now, fire the employees and start from scratch! I’m not being mean, I am just stating facts…
