I think that in some places of this type they overuse bottled sauces (teriyaki, soy, sweet chili, hoisin, etc. this makes them unoriginal and the flavors are not distinguished without saying that they are difficult for the stomach to digest. The friendly waiters and the beautiful place, the food without more.
